3. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
  • Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Services ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display Your Content as necessary to provide the Services.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload it.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DETAILERSTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DetailerStack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Services will be suspended
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
  • We may delete Your Content after a reasonable period

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed with legal action.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DetailerStack regarding the Services.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
